Good-Men Roofing & Construction, Inc. was awarded 1.43 million dollars in commercial construction projects at Fort Irwin, CA to repair interior / exterior damage to facilities caused by severe flooding in August 2013. The scope of the contract included 21 buildings distributed throughout the installation. The work performed included framing, drywall, painting, flooring (carpet and VCT), roofing, window replacement, asphalt paving, grading / site work, landscape improvements, plumbing, electrical and mold abatement. Additionally, Good-men removed and replaced of an artificial playground surface after repairing the sub-base.
Repair and Renovate Buildings H-135 and H-136 | Camp Pendleton MCB, CA

Good-Men Roofing & Construction was awarded this 2.12 million dollar project to repair and renovate two attached buildings totaling 20,000 sq. ft. The scope of the project included conversion of a warehouse / shop / administrative office building into upgraded, administrative offices. Work for this project included all commercial construction trades including 100% replacement of electrical systems, mechanical, fire alarms, data and telecommunications equipment.
Classified Materials Storage Warehouse, Naval Station, San Diego, CA
Designed and installed a Clear-Span Structural Steel Mezzanine. Security fencing was installed to guard the warehouse entrance including custom high-security doors. Through diligent subcontractor research and cost estimating, Good-Men delivered a custom-fabricated security area with fencing, exceeding DoD security requirements for classified material storage at a significant savings to the customer.
Construct Covered Loading Doc, Naval Station, San Diego, CAUpon review of the site survey, Good-Men discovered that the construction of the access stairs per plan was not feasible. In lieu of re-grading and repaving the entire surrounding area which would have been cost prohibitive for the client, Good-Men creatively made modifications including a landing and additional stairs to allow save egress to the ground adn the addition of custom galvanized hand railings at no additional cost to the client.
