President
Mr. Galindo founded Good-Men Roofing and Construction, Inc. in 2005 and is the principal owner. Mr. Galindo is an accomplished professional with over 30 years experience in the roofing and construction industry. Mr. Galindo has worked in virtually every facet of the roofing industry as an Owner of a long term and successful residential roofing company in San Diego, CA, as a Sr. Project Manager for a multi-million dollar 8(a) federal roofing contractor, as a roofer, a roof manufacturer’s representative, and salesman. Mr. Galindo understands every aspect of the roofing trade and has hands-on experience at almost every level. Thus, Good-Men Construction, Inc. is familiar with all types of roofing systems, green technologies, and techniques used to obtain wind and energy efficiencies.
The expertise and precision of Mr. Galindo is reflected in every member of the Good-Men team. Good-Men strives to satisfy every client demand by tapping into our great source of knowledge and personable customer service. Tom Ormsby
Vice President
Mr. Ormsby has over three decades of management experience retiring from American Airlines where he managed over 400 employees. Currently Tom is Operations Manager for the Operations & Maintenance Contract for the Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base. This 6 million dollar contract supports maintenance efforts for the hospital and 14 surrounding dental and medical clinics including the central plant, grounds and hospital systems. Tom’s coordination skills and commitment to customer service and quality has sustained this contract for 4 years.
Richard Harmon, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harmon is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of accounting and management experience combined with over 13 years of operational and financial leadership in the construction industry. Richard manged over 100 employees and oversaw construction and field operations for two successful firms generating revenues of 30 and 50 million dollars respectively. He has a track record for implementing systems of operation and financial controls to identify and monitor external and internal risk. He current builds and maintains working alliances with strategic business partners , while encouraging personal and professional development of managers and staff. Technically advanced, Richard uses his interpersonal skills and business acumen to manage and exceed client expectations while providing the key stewardship function of Good-Men Roofing & Construction.
